Fluttershy was my favorite to! I was also a kid who loved animals so much and I used to pick up worms and pet them as a kid before putting them in the grass. I still will save a worm if I notice them.

The one at 7:08 kinda describes my oc? She (Rose) has short hair (to her shoulders), and she probably would swear a bit. I don’t think she fits in the “Hot anime girl” part of it, but she is kinda pretty. Only a little, since she has a lot of responsibilities, and she wouldn’t have time to make sure she looks good (ex. Messy-ish hair, looks tired most of the time). Edit: I just realized how long this comment was-

These designs are so cute I LOOVEEE the outfits! Though I really do wish there could be a bit more body diversity and ethnic features in the girls, hopefully, if she decides to do the rest I would love to see a rounder pinkie pie or a really buff applejack! I also really want to see more experimentation with different hair textures in her style as well.

I once made a pony-sona back in 2005, when I was a small child and obsessed with MLP. They looked far different to how they look today, both in their molds, but also in their overall character designs for several of the MCs - especially Fluttershy. The character I created in 2005 had a pale yellow body and tail and main hair with the colours of red, pink and orange. Her cutie mark was a group of flowers in those same colours. I still have the drawing from 2005, but the moral of this story is that I unknowingly created a Pony-sona character who looked strikingly similar to what the Friendship is Magic redesign of the character looks like 😅 and I only ever found out through other people that my character resembled the new Fluttershy appearance, a decade and a half later. I also remember when Rainbow Dash was super posh and had a posh English accent. Honestly it might be a cool and interesting drawing idea for you, drawing the 2005 era ponies compared to their current designs/personalities.

Okok so I LOVE your redesigns… as someone who finished the mlp series multiple times I do have some issues about some of the reasons you made certain changes like Flutters not wearing fancy shoes or making RD more uhh… messy? Cuz I feel like we’re ignoring small things that were brought up like Flutters knowing almost more about fashion than rarity and Rainbow sneaking to the spa? Just something I had in mind while watching the video!! Other than that i really enjoyed the video and the redesigns! 🩷✨

i actually think that making Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash's wings White with coloured feathers, but making Twi's wing still purple, even if it's unintentional, is a really cool thing to like, show that Twi's wings aren't normal? She got them via magic, she wasn't born with them and them being a her coat colour contrasted with 2 natural born pegasi with White Wings is a fun way to show it
